Another good reflection on the increasing need for strong attention management skills in an age of information overload. The danger of over-analysis, and of deferring to Hermann (HBDI) left brain decisions as a consequence, are inevitable results of succumbing to information ubiquity. Clarity of focus, and the ability to harness right brain skills in tandem, are part of the skill sets needed for effective self-regulated leadership in the future.
